Cross Country is One Month Away–Time to Get Cleared
The first day of cross country practice is Monday, August 25th. We will meet under the Lindbergh skybridge at 2:30 Mon – Fri. In order to participate you need to complete the Athletic Clearance process. This involves several things:
1. Get a physical, and have the doctor sign a Lindbergh High School physical form. You can stop by the main office to get one of these forms, or you can get one from Cindy at Tiffany Park at 9:00, or you can print one from the school website–the link in below.
2. Fill out all of the paperwork online. This can be done on the Lindbergh website:

3. Pay your sports fee ($75) and buy an ASB card ($30). If you qualify for free and reduced lunch, then you only pay half of the fee. You can pay online or in person at the Lindbergh ASB office.
4. Go to the Lindbergh ASB office and finalize your clearance with Ms. Luttrell the week of August 18th – 22nd. Bring your physical form, pay fees, verify that you are cleared.
