Lindbergh Cross Country

We are not competing in a meet this saturday.  Instead, we are going to watch a college race and cheer on three Lindbergh alumni (Josh Kratzer, Tori Swanson, and Sam Ahlbeck).  In addition, we will run our workout at the park.  The Sundodger Invitational is at Lincoln park in West Seattle.  Here is the schedule for the day.

8:00 Meet at Lindbergh
8:40 Arrive at Lincoln Park
9:00 Women’s Open Race–Tori Swanson
9:40 Men’s Open Race–Josh Kratzer
–our runners will begin warming up for their workout along the
course so they can begin their workout as soon as Josh’s race
is over
11:00 Men’s Invitational–Sam
12:30 Back at Lindbergh
