Another Victorious Day For Boys and Girls Teams

Thursday, 10-05, we ran at a crazy new course at the Seatac Community Center.  Although we left with a few knee bruises and scrapes from the many holes and obnoxious sharp turns at the bottom of steep hills, we managed to remain relatively healthy.  At the same time, we finished the day with two more wins under our belts.

Click below for scores and individual times.

JV Boys:

Lindbergh 22   Highline 35

Lindbergh 19     Evergreen 44  (they ran their varsity team in the JV race)

Girls

Lindbergh  20     Highline 41

Lindbergh 15     Evergreen 50

Varsity Boys

Lindbergh  19     Highline 42

Lindbergh  15     Evergreen  50

Individual Times  (the course was just shy of 3 miles.  Add 10 – 15 seconds for a 3 mile equivalent.  There were quite a few hills, lots of bad footing, and sharp turns.  In other words, it was not a fast course)
