The boys JV easily won the JV #1 race and finished second in the JV #2 race. On the girls side, we finished 7th overall and 2nd in the small schools category. We had many individual PRs and lots of great races. Complete results can be found at:

2011 Mileage Club Earners

Congratulations to the following team members for qualifying for one of the Lindbergh Cross country mileage clubs. Runners can only earn the 250 Mileage club one time (otherwise we would have many more in this category). This summer we set a record for the number of team members who reached the 500 mile mark in three months of summer training. This summer also marked the first time we had a girl reach the 500 mark! Great job everyone.

The Season Gets Started with a Successful Class Meet

We had a great meet today in the heat at the 2011 Seamount League class meet. We had several race winners (Omelyan, Luke, Mohamud, Sarah) and lots of top-10 finishers. Additionally, almost everyone made huge improvements over last year’s times. And we had new team members compete very well.

Pictures from the meet will be posted in the Photo Gallery soon.
